During the development phase, which involves product design, we assist in selecting the appropriate active ingredients for a particular form, along with necessary excipients. We take into account any potential interactions and incompatibilities. The composition of ingredients is continuously evaluated to meet national food law, EU regulations, and market trends.

In the analytical phase, laboratory tests are conducted on physicochemical properties to help us develop the optimal product composition. We also offer the development of dedicated formulations with modified release, such as accelerated and slowed down. Storage tests carried out under stressful conditions enable us to identify possible contaminants and the degradation mechanism. The results obtained allow for early-stage improvement of properties before pilot production.

During the production phase, the prepared composition, along with technical documentation, is transferred to production. The resulting finished product undergoes detailed compliance tests and is further improved if necessary.
